There are so many new and popular blushes that have launched for Spring 2024 and many of them are getting raving reviews. As for me I’m just sitting here wish and hoping that Melt Cosmetics would bring out more shades of Digital Dust like the shade Genesis. It’s the perfect peach glow. I was sort of hopeful that Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush would be the answer to my prayers but does anyone feel like these are glorified highlighters and aren’t really going to work as a blush? I’m also not in love with the color range! I’ll absolutely be buying the shade Joy but I really was hopeful for some nicer shades of peach and coral. I saw a reel on Tiktok earlier this week and they don’t look terribly pigmented! Doesn’t mean I’m not still really curious about them but I’m not sure if they’ll be everything I want them to be. They are being heavily promoted lately and I’d say within the next week we’ll see them everywhere because as far as fans are concerned Rare Beauty can do no wrong! So, Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush are just one of few popular blush picks or Spring. With the Sephora Spring Savings Event I’m not sure if the most popular picks are the best picks. HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA Color Fuse Talc-Free Blush Powder With Fermented Arnica $32I know I’m likely in the minority but I look at these and think powdery, too bold, garish, too loud, and they’re matte!?!??! Gaga’s new talc-free blush collection oddly contains fermented arnica that helps reduce redness but dude, they are so loud it feels like they’ll accentuate redness! They also contain “hydrating squalane and hydraberry that melt onto skin” but why do they look dry? I’d totally love a beautiful shimmer finish or even a bit of a glow. These just aren’t it for me. If you really want something lovely might I recommend HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA Bio-Radiant Gel-Powder Highlighter in the shades Fire Opal and Rose Quartz. Both can be used as a blush and they cheeks such a beautiful radiant glow!

Kaja Dewy Bar Blush & Lip Balm $25I see you Kaja and I’ll tell you something I’d buy these at full price if I know they are as awesome as your Jelly Charm Glazed Lip Stain & Blush. Kaja just released these new range of dewy blushes And they claim this hydrating blush and lip balm will melt onto cheeks and lips and I’ll happily believe them because Jelly Charm Glazed Lip Stain & Blush is awesome so I expect no less from this formula. The Glazed Lip Stain & Blush makes me look like I have chiseled cheeks! Seriously, I have no idea WTH is in that formula but my cheeks look all lifted and gorgeous anytime I used it. I’m pretty excited to check out the new Dewy Bars because they look like a nice melty consistency! These I will happily pop in my Sephora sales cart!
LYS Beauty Higher Standard Cream Glow Blush Sticks $20Affordable, popular, and pigmented? Sign me up! LYS is such an underrated little brand at times but their new Higher Standard Cream Blush Sticks are getting raving reviews and I’m totally hear for it! I’m hearing they are ultra creamy and pigmented and give your cheeks the most gorgeous pop of color! Plus the $20 price isn’t too bad! Tack on that Sephora discount and it’s even a better deal! The shade Bubbly is in my cart!

Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Liquid Blush $23This a controversial opinion but I do not understand the popularity of Soft Pinch! I find them difficult to work with and just too pigmented. I much prefer Saie Dew Blush! I have my eye on the new Saie The Saie Glow Starter Kit that just launched for Spring 2024. It’s $42 and contains a full-size Glossybounce Lip Oil in Kiss (clear) along with a mini Dewy Blush in Chilly and a Mini Glowy Super Gel in Sunglow (warm golden bronze). A much better pick up than Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in my opinion!
NARS Talc-Free Powder Blush $34Do I need more NARS blushes? Nope. I think I have every shade I’ll ever need and I love them all! NARS recently introduced a range of Talc-Free Powder Blushes which will replace their original collection and it’s struck fear in my heart that the formula won’t be as good as the original! I’m not will take the chance to try these just yet…! On the upside there’s a new matte shade of Orgasm called Orgasm Edge for those that couldn’t stand the shimmer of the old version!
PATRICK TA Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush Duo $38In Patrick I trust but….! I’m just can’t recommend the new shades of Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush Duo! Patrick recently introduced three new shades of his popular Double-Take duos and I just find them too dusky to love. The duos contain a powder and coordinating cream blush but the powder portion is such a disappointment. The way people go on and on and on about these on social media does my head in because they simply aren’t that great. Sorry, Patrick!
