Oh You Want a Fragrance-Free Option from Tatcha?

[ad_1]

Wakey, wakey friends. It’s Tuesday and hopefully you’re looking forward to a nice, long weekend! Some of you might be shopping Tatcha this week thanks for their Memorial Sale that gets you 20% off with code EARLY24. I got a few dms on Instagram the other day asking, “Do you know of any fragrance-free options on Tatcha? Any favs?” I get it. I happen to be a MASSIVE fan of the Dewy Serum and Moisturizer. These are two of my ride or die products as a dry skin girl. Seriously, my skin is so bouncy and smooth when I use these not to mention so much brighter. And I normally don’t mind fragrance in my skincare but these are both scented and I’m not a huge fan of Tatcha’s scent. Do I still use them? Absolutely. But I’m just not into the Tatcha fragrance for some reason. It’s not a horrible scent it’s actually rather relaxing and spa-like but…! Not really my fav scent for some reason. If you’re bit on the sensitive side, don’t like fragrance in your skincare, and perhaps you’re a bit dry Tatcha still has an option for you!

I’m sure you read my review already but I did a little yay dance when I tried out Tatcha’s Cleansing Balm. Not only is it a great formula but it’s also, fragrance-free! Score! But I’m writing this post because I happen to love their Indigo Calming Cream and yes, it’s totally fragrance-free. It smells like absolutely nothing at all which makes it a great pick for people who are sensitive to scented skincare! It’s actually approved by the National Eczema Association.

You may be wondering why I like it considering I have drier skin but not eczema. Well, I do love it’s fragrance-free but also, quite gentle if you’re experiencing any redness or irritation. It contains Colloidal Oatmeal which is great for soothing dryness and irritation. You can haul all the minis on Tatcha at the moment for 20% off as well! This means if you’re a little uncertain about this formula you can get the 0.34 oz size on sale for $20.
Another great pick is Indigo Overnight Repair which a Serum in Cream Treatment. It’s a great “moisture sandwich” moisturizer. I’ve been using a new retinol lately that has left me looking rather red and this is a very soothing formula not to mention it has the perfect balance of moisture that smooths and hydrates my skin. No, it isn’t as heavy or dewy as the Dewy Cream. It’s considerably lighter yet it still brings a nice boost of moisture to the skin while calming it. I use my retinol first, followed by my HA, place this on top of my HA, and seal it in with my favorite facial oil! It’s very soothing and leaves my skin super smooth come the AM. I don’t normally use this as part of my AM routine. My skin is a lot calmer since using it. You can also snag this in a mini in this as well!

So yes, Tatcha def favors fragrance but if you need something fragrance-free and a bit more gentle from the brand I’d pick up the Indigo Calming Cream. Does anyone use this in their routine? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
