RED has just announced new accessory packs built around their KOMODO-X, V-RAPTOR, and V-RAPTOR [X] cinema camera systems. These include a few updated parts, such as a rigid-hinge mounting bracket for the DSMC3 RED Touch 7” LCD monitor, as well as a new top plate with a V-mount power adapter for V-RAPTOR.RED’s pre-bundled packs are a great solution for studios and rental houses looking for a “ready-to-shoot” camera package that includes a monitor, batteries, media, and other useful bits of gear to get you up to speed in no time.Accessory pack options for KOMODO-X, V-RAPTOR, and the flagship V-RAPTOR [X] and XL [X] are already available, but the company is now bringing a couple of improvements to some of the included accessories. This component was introduced a few months ago as a replacement for the original design, which many users complained about.
